Lab audit readiness

Make audit day a non-event.

Audits and inspections are stressful when records are scattered and out of date. LevelSixLabs keeps your chemical, equipment, service and training records accurate and traceable as you go — so when an inspector asks, the answer is already on screen.

  • Live compliance score from real data
  • Needs-attention list with deep links
  • SDS verification trail
  • COSHH hazard summary export

The cost of the status quo

  • Records are spread across sheets, folders and inboxes
  • Nobody's sure which SDS is the current version
  • Service and calibration dates get missed
  • Training records live in someone's head
  • Prepping for an audit means a week of scrambling
  • No single view of what's overdue or expiring

How LevelSixLabs helps

Live compliance score

A 0–100 score calculated from your own data — SDS verified, chemicals in date, service current, training current. Nothing fabricated.

Needs-attention list

Expired/expiring chemicals, overdue service, lapsing training, open faults and low stock — each links straight to the record.

SDS verification trail

Upload and verify Safety Data Sheets; the platform tracks who verified what and when, and flags re-uploads.

Audit logging

Security-relevant actions are recorded, so there's a trail of changes to point to.

Stay ahead automatically

Daily checks email your admins what's expired or due, so nothing lapses between audits.

Export for inspectors

Generate a COSHH hazard summary PDF and inventory reports to hand over, with org, date and generated-by header.

Lab audit readiness — common questions

Is this a certified audit or accreditation?+

No. These are operational indicators that help you stay on top of records and spot gaps — the on-screen note says exactly that. It supports audit readiness; it isn't a certificate.

Does it replace our COSHH assessment?+

No. It organises the hazard data and records that support COSHH and exports a hazard summary, but the formal assessment stays your responsibility.

Where is our data stored?+

On Supabase in the EU (London region), with per-organisation isolation enforced at the database level. See the Security page and Trust Centre for detail.

Can we show auditors the access controls?+

Yes. Role-based access (four roles plus per-module permissions) governs who can see and change what, and it's documented on the Security page.
