Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are between LevelSixLabs Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) and you, the organisation or individual signing up for or using LevelSixLabs (“Customer”, “you”).

The person accepting these Terms warrants that they have authority to bind the organisation they represent.

LevelSixLabs is a B2B SaaS platform providing chemical inventory management, equipment booking, asset management, and related compliance tools for research laboratories.

We will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide LevelSixLabs with availability of at least 99.5% in any calendar month, excluding scheduled maintenance and events outside our reasonable control.

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must not share account access or create accounts on behalf of others without using the invite workflow.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorised access.
• We may suspend accounts that we reasonably suspect are being used fraudulently or abusively.

You agree not to:

• Use LevelSixLabs for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other organisations' data
• Upload malware, viruses, or any harmful content
• Use automated means to scrape or extract data at scale
• Resell or sublicense access to LevelSixLabs without our written consent
• Use LevelSixLabs to process data that you do not have the right to process

You retain all rights to the data you enter into LevelSixLabs. We do not claim ownership of your data.

You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any data, including personal data of employees, visitors, or third parties.

You accept responsibility for verifying AI-generated data before acting on it, particularly for chemical safety, hazard classification, and compliance purposes.

LevelSixLabs is billed annually. Subscription fees are due in advance. Invoices are issued via Stripe.

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 30 days before the renewal date via the billing portal.

We reserve the right to modify pricing with at least 60 days' written notice before your next renewal date.

Each party agrees to keep the other's confidential information secure and not to disclose it to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law. Your data is treated as confidential. Our pricing, roadmap, and unreleased features are treated as confidential.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us during that period.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, data, or goodwill.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Either party may terminate the subscription at the end of the current billing period. We may terminate immediately for material breach, non-payment, or misuse of the service.

On termination, we will provide a 30-day data export window. After this period, your data will be deleted in accordance with our retention policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland and England, United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Scotland.

We may update these Terms with at least 30 days' notice for material changes, communicated to the account holder by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
